The profile should answer buyer questions before contact

A complete profile explains who you are, where you operate, which brands and services you offer and how to reach you. Completeness improves clarity but does not guarantee ranking, traffic or enquiries.

Recommended onboarding order

  • Check status: Confirm the account is approved and you are in the correct business workspace.
  • Complete identity: Public name, description, address and location must be accurate.
  • Select brands: Add only brands you genuinely work with and update them when needed.
  • Define services: Select capabilities currently offered and explainable.
  • Set contacts: Use monitored business channels approved for publication.
  • Add media: Upload current, high-quality images you have rights to use.
  • Check publicly: Open the profile on desktop and mobile and verify every field.

Think before saving

  • Contacts — Official business phone and email — Unauthorised personal numbers
  • Address — Location where customers are received — Private or unnecessary operating addresses
  • Media — Showroom, consenting team, real inventory — Documents, plates or unnecessary personal data
  • Description — Verifiable business facts — Promises, superlatives or unauthorised brands

Hero image and gallery

The hero image should identify the business even on a small card. The gallery can show premises, a consenting team, services and real inventory. Avoid blurry photos, distorted logos or images implying stock you do not have.

Before upload, check copyright, people’s consent and visible data. Do not publish documents, internal screens, plates or faces without a clear basis and need.

Pre-publication check

  • Name and description match the business
  • Address and map lead to the right place
  • Brands and services are current
  • Phones and emails are monitored
  • Links open correctly
  • Hero image works on mobile
  • Gallery media has usage rights
  • No private data is exposed
  • Public view checked on desktop and mobile

Complete the profile

Open the dashboard, work through the checklist and review the public result before adding inventory.

Product review

Dashboard fields and the public profile were reviewed on 3 September 2026. Use an approved test account and recheck public/private mapping before publication.

Blog FAQ

Which information is public?

Check the public page for name, description, address, brands, services, contacts and media. Never assume a dashboard field is private without verifying.

Which images can I upload?

Current, relevant images the business has the right to use and, where people appear, the necessary consent.

How do I change contacts?

Use the dashboard profile editor and verify the change on the public page.

Does a complete profile guarantee more leads?

No. It improves clarity, while demand, inventory, offer and other factors determine interest.
